Unlabel Innovation LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

The short version

This site is a public how-to guide. It has no accounts, no logins, no forms, and no advertising, and it sells nothing to anyone. There is nowhere on this site to type personal information, so we don’t collect any. It uses Google Analytics to count visits in aggregate — anonymous browsing activity, not tied to any person. That’s the whole of it. The details follow.

Who operates this site

innovatedaf.com is built and operated by Unlabel Innovation LLC (opens in a new tab) as a public access guide for the Guardians and Airmen Innovation Network (GAIN). Questions about this policy can be sent to the GAIN team:

What we collect

Nothing you type. There are no forms on this site — no contact form, no sign-up, no search box, no comments. There is nowhere to enter a name, an email address, or anything else. The help-desk addresses shown elsewhere on this site are ones you write to directly from your own mail client; those messages go to the help desk, not to us.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, for how long, from what kind of device and browser, and the approximate (city-level) location derived from a visitor’s IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Advertising features, ad personalization, and Google Signals are not enabled — we use analytics to make the guide better, not to build profiles of the people reading it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google processes this data as our service provider; its handling is described at policies.google.com (opens in a new tab).

Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) keeps standard technical logs — IP addresses, request timestamps, pages requested — for security and operations.

Your browser. The site stores nothing on your device beyond the Google Analytics cookies described above. No local storage, no session storage, no preferences, no tracking data of our own.

What we don’t do

No accounts or logins. No forms of any kind. No advertising or ad networks. No sale of personal information, and no sharing of it for cross-context advertising. No marketing lists. No way to connect analytics data to an individual person. No tracking beyond the analytics described above.

Service providers

Two providers touch anything related to this site, each acting on our instructions: Google (analytics) and DigitalOcean (hosting). We do not otherwise disclose information unless required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.

Your choices

We cannot look up, correct, or delete one visitor’s data, because we have no way to know which data is yours. There are no accounts and no forms on this site, so nothing we hold is attached to a name or an email address. Analytics arrives as anonymous browsing activity and stays that way.

Control sits with you instead. Cookies can be blocked or cleared in any browser, and this site works fully without them — every instruction, screenshot, and link works with cookies blocked and with JavaScript turned off. Google offers a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics across the web: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab)

Children

This site is written for Department of the Air Force and other Department of Defense personnel and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Visitors outside the United States

This site is operated from the United States, and information collected through it is processed in the United States.

Changes

If this policy changes, the change will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
